Multi-Day packages include lodging at The Cliff Lodge, helicopter skiing (including weather day skiing at Snowbird), 2 meals a day at the Powderbird Heliport and access to The Cliff Spa for the duration of your stay and more. Single Day opportunities include breakfast and lunch at the heliport and a day of skiing in Utah's backcountry.
Founded in 1973 as one of the world's first helicopter ski operators, Powderbird has grown into a premier, year-round, international guide service. Snowbird and Powderbird have developed offerings that provide unmatched access to helicopter skiing and more ski terrain than all Utah ski resorts combined.

Silver Package | 2-Day, 3-Night
This curated Multi-Day package provides the perfect balance of comfort and adventure. Enjoy 2 days of helicopter skiing and 3 nights of lodging accommodations at The Cliff Lodge. Fuel up with a healthy, plentiful breakfast spread at the Powderbird Heliport in the morning and return to the heliport following a day of skiing for a memorable ski lunch in Little Cottonwood Canyon. Wind down in the evening with complimentary access to The Cliff Spa before enjoying an elevated dinner experience.
- Group Size: Up to 8 skiers and snowboarders.
- Terrain: Our permit gives us access to over 100,000 acres of backcountry terrain in the Central Wasatch Range. This totals to more than all Utah ski resorts combined. The terrain you ski will depend on the conditions and the group's skill level.
- Skill Level: Skiers and snowboarders should be advanced & above. Must be confident skiing off-piste, black diamond terrain and have experience skiing powder.
- Equipment: Avalanche safety equipment and premium ski demos are provided. Guests are encouraged to bring their own boots, or they can rent from Snowbird's rental locations .
- Options: Individual Seat and Private Group options are available.
- Lodging: Includes 3 nights of lodging accommodations at The Cliff Lodge. A shuttle service will be provided to and from the heliport.
- Price: Starting at $4,832; includes helicopter skiing, lodging, breakfast & lunch, a group dinner and access to The Cliff Spa.
Silver Package Schedule
The Silver Package runs every Monday - Thursday beginning December 18, 2023, through April 8, 2024. On a designated night during their trip, guests can participate in a private dining experience with their group.
- Monday: Check-in at The Cliff Lodge, access to The Cliff Spa
- Tuesday: Gourmet breakfast buffet & après mountain lunch at the heliport, full day of helicopter skiing (conditions permitting) and access to The Cliff Spa
- Wednesday: Gourmet breakfast buffet & après mountain lunch at the heliport, full day of helicopter skiing (conditions permitting) and access to The Cliff Spa
- Thursday: Check-out at The Cliff Lodge

Gold Package | 3-Day, 4-Night
Maximize your time on the snow and indulge in Snowbird's premium amenities after each day. This package features 3 days of helicopter skiing and 4 nights of lodging accommodations at The Cliff Lodge. Start each day with a healthy and plentiful breakfast spread at the Powderbird Heliport. After your day of skiing, return to the heliport for the most exclusive ski lunch in the canyon. Wind down in the evening with complimentary access to The Cliff Spa followed by a curated dinner at The Aerie on one night and a second private dining experience on another.

The Gold Package runs every Thursday - Monday beginning December 14, 2023, through April 11, 2024. On designated nights during their trip, guests can participate in a curated dinner featuring 7 courses at The Aerie, Snowbird's award-winning restaurant and a second private dining experience with your group at one of Snowbird's mountain dining locations.
- Thursday: Check-in at The Cliff Lodge, access to The Cliff Spa
- Friday: Gourmet breakfast buffet & après mountain lunch at the heliport, full day of helicopter skiing (conditions permitting), access to The Cliff Spa and a private group dinner.
- Saturday: Gourmet breakfast buffet & après mountain lunch at the heliport, full day of helicopter skiing (conditions permitting) and access to The Cliff Spa
- Sunday: Gourmet breakfast buffet & après mountain lunch at the heliport, full day of helicopter skiing (conditions permitting), access to The Cliff Spa and a curated dinner at The Aerie

Single Day | Individual Seat
Create unforgettable memories while exploring the best ski lines the Wasatch Mountains have to offer with the Single Day experience, which allows skiers and riders to purchase a seat in the helicopter and spend the day with a mixed group of 4 or 8 people.
Individual Seat

- Equipment: Avalanche safety equipment and premium ski demos are provided. Guests are encouraged to bring their own boots, or they can rent from Snowbird's rental locations.
- Time: The helicopter skiing trip starts at 8:00 am and lasts until 2 - 4 pm, depending on group size and terrain accessed for the day. Meet at the Powderbird Heliport, Top Pad within Snowbird, Entry 4.
- Details: $2,000 per seat. Includes complimentary breakfast, snacks & après ski lunch, 2 expert backcountry ski guides, 6 helicopter runs (extra runs are $200/per person, per run depending on group approval, timing and conditions).
Single Day | Private Group
One helicopter, one guide team and endless possibilities. For skiers and riders looking for the pinnacle in customized heli-skiing, choose a Private Group experience and reserve a helicopter for you, up to 7 friends and 2 guides.
Private Group

- Equipment: Avalanche safety equipment and premium ski demos are provided. Guests are encouraged to bring their own boots, or they can rent from Snowbird's rental locations .
- Time: The helicopter skiing trip starts at 7:45 am and lasts until 2 - 4 pm, depending on group size and terrain accessed for the day. Meet at the Powderbird Heliport, Top Pad within Snowbird, Entry 4.
- Details: $20,000. Includes complimentary breakfast, snacks & après ski lunch, 2 expert backcountry ski guides, 6-10 helicopter runs (extra flight time is available upon request and is billed by the tenth of the hour at $6,000 per flight hour).
