- Rates are exclusive of taxes and fees and will vary depending on accommodations and dates selected.
- Blackout dates may apply.
- Restrictions may apply. Holidays and weekends may require a minimum stay.
- The Mountain Collective passholders must present pass at check-in. Offer valid for current passholders only. Guests checking in without a pass in hand will be charged the room-only rate and must pay in full at that time.
- Summer Booking Policy: Summer reservations require full payment at the time of booking. Reservations are fully refundable 2 days prior to arrival date. If cancelled within 1 day of arrival date, guests will be charged for 1 night of their stay.
- Winter Booking Policy: Reservations are fully refundable 30 days prior to arrival date; 29 - 15 days prior to arrival date there is a 2-night penalty. If cancelled within 15 days from the arrival date the reservation is non-refundable; early departures are considered a cancellation and are nonrefundable.
- No cancellation penalty shall be applied due to a Force Majeure event.
