Sunrise Yoga

As a new day arrives, harness the positive energy of the rising sun with a soul-awakening outdoor class against the breathtaking backdrop of Mount Superior.

Classes take place at The Cliff Spa's rooftop pool. Participants are encouraged to bring their own mat if possible. Light refreshments and all-day access to spa facilities are included.
